Expanding into Schools. EnerChange Continues to Help Nonprofits Save Money by Saving Energy

In the past few years, we’ve had great success in getting our message of Helping Nonprofits Save Money by Saving Energy out, but we know we have many more nonprofit organizations that we can impact with our free program.

In the 2.5 years, EnerChange has been build a client list of 120 nonprofits agencies and has been able to provide our energy efficiency services to almost 250 buildings in the Xcel and Center Point service areas.  Commercial structures offer some the greatest opportunity for energy efficiency and energy savings.

Targeting Specific Nonprofits Sectors

EnerChange offers free services to any nonprofit organization that is a 501(c)(3) and starting in 2012, we have began targeting specific sectors in addition to general nonprofits.  These sectors are,

  • Schools
  • Churches
  • Senior Living Facilities

Each sector has unique challenges as well as unique opportunities to help them save money by saving energy.

Enerchange Helps Saint John the Baptist School Save Money and Improve their Environment

The video below from our YouTube Channel is a great example of how not only can the free services from EnerChange help a nonprofit save money by saving energy, improving inefficient lighting can have a large impact on the overall quality of the facility and for it’s users.
