Mark has an impressive history facilitating energy-related commercial building improvements. His technical expertise in mechanical engineering along with his 12+ years of stewardship with EnerChange makes him our Private Sage – an EnerChange secret weapon.

Since 1997, Mike has been an energy efficiency leader, providing information and wisdom to a wide range of blue-chip commercial, industrial and multi-family companies. He guides their facilities as they work to reduce utility bill costs and energy consumption. He has been a key player in both the creation and continuing success of EnerChange.

Sustainable Steve has been at it for a long time! Throughout his career, he has creatively contributed to the birth and growth of many companies. He is a certified presenter with Climate Reality based in Nashville and is a vocal advocate for all things, energy and environment. He is a principal creator of EnerChange and has served as its Executive Director since inception.

He has extensive experience in the energy efficiency world, with a background that includes serving as the Director of Environmental Sustainability for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and as a Program Manager for Energy Smart.

Greta is our administrative powerhouse. She manages client paperwork and utility billing information and has become a specialist in the Minnesota State Benchmarking compliance process. She is passionate about resource conservation, having previously worked with CEE's Home Energy Squad and Minnesota Waste Wise Foundation.

Ryan's previous three years of experience at Frontier Energy included Lead Energy Auditor – Multi-Family Building Efficiency Program, and California EV Transition Team. He collaborated with municipalities, electrical engineers, and city staff to plan the transition from internal combustion engine (ICE) to electric vehicle (EV) fleets. For Industrial Decarbonization he worked with natural gas customers in Oregon and Idaho to identify strategies and solutions for reducing on-site carbon emissions.

Carleigh is a chemical engineering graduate of the University of Utah. Her prior experience includes Intermountain Industrial Assessment Center - Lead Energy Consultant - where she led a team of 9 energy consultants through industrial scale energy efficiency assessments funded by the US Department of Energy at industrial manufacturers. She is a Member of Women for Energy Efficiency (WE2), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
