Mr. Seidl has creatively contributed to the birth and growth of many companies, both large and small. Recently with Target Commercial Interiors, he worked with scores of companies including architect and design firms, related to building interiors and sustainable productivity. He is also a certified presenter with The Climate Project based in Nashville and speaks frequently on subjects related to energy and environmental issues. He worked closely with the Founder of this new organization to help give shape and content to the vision.

Mike Menzel

Michael Menzel

Vice President, JIT Energy Services/Enerchange

Mr. Menzel has been serving the energy industry for fourteen years, helping commercial, industrial, and multi-family customers conserve energy and save money on their utility bills. A Cum Laude graduate of St. Thomas University, Mike’s efforts have resulted in millions of dollars in savings to JIT’s customers who include among others, General Mills and Deluxe Corporation. In his current role for EnerChange, he conducts rate analyses, performs energy audits and manages the installation of energy efficiency projects, serving as liaison between client and contractor.

Michael T'Kach

Michael T’Kach

Energy Manager, EnerChange/JIT Services

EnerChange is fortunate to have Mr. T’Kach as a key member of the team. After 10 years experience with Toshiba and Mitsubishi in California and Japan expanding his technology horizons, Michael returned to the Twin Cities and earned a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Administration. He has held a number of positions in the not-for-profit sector including stints at The Walker Art Center and Volunteers of America. Michael worked directly with Mr. Weed during a critical time in the organization’s development helping prepare the proposal to fund EnerChange.

Jeremy Davis

Jeremy Davis

Energy Manager

Beginning work with EnerChange in the fall of 2012, Mr. Davis brings over eight years of experience in the sustainability and energy efficiency fields.  While working for numerous green start-ups in New York City, Jeremy attained both his LEED BD&C and LEED-H. Being able to directly influence both small and large energy efficiency improvements for organizations in need is a strong motivating factor in his work and he is excited to be a part of the EnerChange team.
